TR- Little Ones Music Therapy- An inclusive music group for infants and toddlers ages 0–3 of all abilities. Led by board-certified neurologic music therapist Carly King, this engaging program supports overall development through music, social interaction, interactive play, movement, and activities that foster receptive and expressive communication skills.

Shining Abilities Spirit Squad- Shake your poms and show your spirit in this inclusive adaptive cheer program for children in grades K–12 with developmental and intellectual disabilities. You will enjoy plenty of smiles and a little sass while building confidence, coordination, teamwork, and self-expression in a fun and supportive environment. Participants will enjoy opportunities for social connection, skill development, and community involvement, including optional performances at local events throughout the year. Bogan Park Community Recreation Center.

Special Hearts Teen Art- Explore creativity in a fun art class for individuals with disabilities, as well as their caregivers and families. This monthly painting class features animals, landscapes, and portraits. Build confidence, make friends, and create artwork you’ll be proud of. No experience needed. October 17, 10am-11:30am

TR- Fast Friends Social This weekend! It’s not too late to sign up. Enjoy a fun, laid-back space to meet new people, strengthen social skills, and build confidence in real-world conversations. Each month features short chats, games, and guided activities designed to help participants connect in a supportive, inclusive environment. Refreshments will be served. Saturday October 3, 11am-1pm

TR Adventures- Join us for a fun and welcoming weekly gathering designed for individuals with disabilities, their caregivers, and families. Each session offers a mix of engaging activities—games, crafts, karaoke, movement, music, and more! Whether you’re feeling creative, ready to sing, or just want to connect with friends in a supportive space, there’s something for everyone. Come enjoy good company, try new things, and make lasting memories! Light refreshments are provided.

Therapeutic Rec and Play Wednesday- Join us every Wednesday for an active and inclusive therapeutic recreation program designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities! Facilitated by a Therapeutic Recreation Program Leader, each session offers opportunities to exercise, try out new sports, promote wellness, and connect with others. Let's get moving, have fun, and build new skills! Online registration and drop-ins are welcome.

Family Sensory Swim Nights- Enjoy a relaxing evening at the pool during Sensory Swim Night, this private event is designed specifically for individuals with sensory sensitivities and their families. During this event, water features will be turned off to create a calm and soothing environment. The lights will be dimmed, and the pool will be illuminated with gentle underwater lights to provide a fun yet peaceful atmosphere. Monthly. Fridays 6:30pm-8:30pm.

Adaptive Swim Lessons
